- Our manufacturing unit is situated in the textile city called Surat, Gujarat, India. We are having manufacturing capacity of 30 tones a month. We do business since last 10 years and adopted each possible positive changes in the manufacturing.
- The reason we don’t go for the AIR covering is “THE QUALITY”. You might be find air covered spandex yarn is cheaper then conventional covered yarn, But we are with the quality. If your compare the end product made with air covered yarn and conventional covered yarn, you will surly finds that conventional covered yarn has a Superior quality.
- We provides the two twist in the conventional covered yarn 1. “S” twist – Also known as anti-clocked covering 2. “Z” twist – Clockwise covering. Many firms using both the twists alternatively to give strength to the end product. Many application doesn’t have any relation with “S” or “Z”.

The Product : About Covered Yarn
Spandex Covered Yarn is spandex filament core, filament or short fiber yarn in a spiral way to stretch the spandex filament wrapped to form elastic yarn.The coated yarn is the main feature of the yarn, which revolves continuously and wound on the core silk spandex that is drafted at a constant speed. It is twisting and twisting, and the style of the fabric is smooth and smooth.
› A: Single Covered Yarn -SCY
Single Covered Yarn – Conventional is wrapped by a single non-elastic filament yarn. It can be divided into two specifications-Z twist yarn (clockwise) , S-twist yarn(anti-clockwise).It is usually used in Z twist in Lycra fabric. But socks, underwear will used both S and Z according to body structure of characters. Application: Tights、Woven fabrics、Flat knitting、Narrow fabrics、Circular knitting
› B: Double Covered Yarn -DCY
Double Covered Yarn – Conventional is wrapped by two yarns in opposite directions .One is S twist yarns, and the other is Z twist yarns (outer cover and inner cover) ,.It is very good for weaving and knitting than SCY, the different of number of TPM will make various sense of touch.
Application: Tights、Woven fabrics、Flat knitting、Narrow fabrics、Circular knitting
It is mainly applied to weaving, elastic denim, ribbon, socks, underwear, lace and sporting goods.
